Cancellation Policy

Clients are given an eight minute grace period to arrive to their appointment before being charged a $15 late fee. (You have ONE, late arrival courtesy of not having the $15 applied) After 15 mins appt will be canceled. **At the 15 min mark you must be in the Suite, in the chair. Not pulling in or walking in. After 15 minutes, when your appointment is cancelled, you forfeit your deposit! —No monies from this charge will be applied to the reschedule. —NO EXCEPTIONS SAME DAY RESCHEDULES within 24rs of appt is considered a same day cancellation. However, if you reach out and reschedule services to be rendered, IF APPLICABLE (if the schedules allows) within 1-2 days, fees MAY be waived. (You have ONE, SAME DAY RESCHEDULE courtesy of not having the fee applied)—NO EXTRA GUEST! —- NO REFUND ON ANY SERVICE/PRODUCT.
